REPORT: Syrian refugees remove camps as citizens step up warnings
Syrian refugees living in the Lebanese towns of Hosh al-Ghanam and Riyak are removing their camps after townsmen issued warnings calling on the displaced to evacuate the region.

Lebanon is at risk of crumbling as a state under the burden of millions of refugees fleeing the conflict in neighboring Syria.

Lebanon, an overburdened and under-resourced country, has been grappling with the rising influx of Syrian refugees, as well as the presence of the already existing Palestinian refugees.
