MP Abi Ramia: Aoun is at threshold of Baabda Palace
Change and Reform bloc MP Simon Abi Ramia said on Thursday that MP Michel Aoun is "at the threshold of Baabda Palace's gates as Future Movement leader MP Saad Hariri is about to endorse Aoun’s candidacy for the presidency."

Abi Ramia’s comments were made during an interview with Nharkom Said TV show whereby he noted that the Free Patriotic Movement has started a new solid relationship with the Future Movement.
 
“The agreement with the Lebanese Forces party is strategic and has nothing to do with the party’s endorsement of Marada leader MP Sleiman Frangieh’s candidacy to the presidency,” he added.
 
 Abi Rami also noted that efforts will be deployed soon in order to restore the relationship with Speaker Nabih Berri, MPs Walid Jumblatt and Sleiman Frangieh.
