REPORT: Judge orders al-Manar TV channel to broadcast again via Arabsat
Baabda Judge of urgent matters Hassan Hamdan issued a verdict on Thursday  allowing the al-Manar TV channel to broadcast “ as soon as possible” again via Arabsat.

"This decision is provisional until arbitration procedures are completed," the decision added.

The TV channel was forced to stop its broadcast after it had been decided to transfer Arabsat headquarters from Lebanon to Jordan last year.

The verdict is deemed urgent and entails immediate implementation.
