Town of Ardeh receives the body of its expatriate son Fadi Ibrahim
In an atmosphere of grief and sorrow, the residents of the town of Ardeh – Zgharta received the body of expatriate Fadi Ibarahim who was assaulted and killed in Nigeria.

At the sound of church bells, the procession carrying the corpse to the town arrived as locals carried the coffin and marched amid a weeping crowd of mourners who were throwing rice and flower petals at the coffin. Black flags were raised on both sides of the main road, in addition to sad posters simulating the young age of the victim.

At 5 pm, the funeral was held at the Church of Our Lady; the mass was led by the Archbishop of the Maronite Diocese of Tripoli, Father Georges Abou Jaoude, in addition to a number of the diocese’s priests.
