The heinous acts of war in Syria are not limited to the Islamic State and its sister organizations, after a horrific footage was leaked from Syria, showing Russian speaking soldiers torturing a Syrian man by beating him with a sledge hammer.
At several points in the video they refer to the man as a member of ISIS, and they continually beat him.
