The owners of private power generators did not withdraw their threat to turn off the generators starting October, but reiterated their incapability to install meters, but call for determining a fixed fair tariff.
A large number of citizens rejected the threat of the generator owners and said they are ready to challenge it.
The owners say they cannot afford to install meters, or that there are no places in the buildings for adding boxes for the meters. However, in several villages and towns, the private generators supply the citizens with power according to meters without any issue.
