One the eve of Tripoli’s by-elections, the city’s residents did not seem enthusiastic to vote in an election, the results of which are almost settled, even if the low turnout could bring surprises.
The residents are divided between those who are indifferent and the partisans and supports who expressed enthusiasm for the elections.
