Holy Fire to arrive to Beirut on Saturday night
The Holy Fire, considered by the faithful as a miracle that occurs every year, will arrive to the Beirut International Airport on Saturday night at 8:80 PM coming from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.

It will be received by Beirut Greek Orthodox Archbishop Elias Aoudeh and will be transferred to Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Georges in al-Nejmeh Square.

The Holy Fire is a miracle that takes place every year at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem on Great Saturday, or Holy Saturday, the day preceding Orthodox Easter.

It is considered the longest-attested annual miracle in the Christian world and it has been consecutively documented since 1106 A.D.
