With the issuance of the Brevet official exams results, 85-year-old Hussein Jamaleddine was hit by a stray bullet resulting from celebratory fire in Baalbek.
The victim, whose condition was critical, was immediately transported to Dar al-Hekma hospital, where he died of his wounds.
