REPORT: Man injured in wedding celebratory gunfire; shooters vandalize hospital

Photographer Raymond Moujaes, who was working a wedding for Saliba family in the region of Bteghrin on Friday night, was hit in the belly and in the leg, during a celebratory gunfire started by one of the guests Joseph Michel Saliba, who was in a drunken state.

A number of attendees rushed the injured photographer to Bhannes hospital.

Upon their arrival, three of the men vandalized two of the emergency room at the hospital before they attacked and beat a radiologist as well as three other employees.

The Lebanese army immediately arrested the groom, who was in the hospital holding a gun without a permit, while the security forces are chasing down the other men involved in the incident.

Meanwhile, Moujaes, father of three, remains in a critical condition.
