Nine years between the 2009 and the 2018 parliamentary elections, aside from the civil society groups, no additions have been made to political forces and parties running for Lebanon’s legislative elections.
However, what changed between 2009 and 2018 is that the elections will not be held according to the division between March 14 and March 8 alliances, whether in terms of slogans and political atmosphere, or in terms of electoral alliances.
