Fatfat: Aoun's fate in Hezbollah and Assad's hand
Deputy Ahmad Fatfat stressed that Deputy Michel Aoun's fate in the cabinet is in the hand of Hezbollah and President Bashar Assad. "Aoun is either playing the role of the deceived husband or is holding public maneuvering to maintain his popularity in a stage he is forced to present concessions", Fatfat said on Thursday to "Voice of Lebanon".

Commenting on U.S. assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs Jeffrey Feltman's visit to Lebanon and Speaker of the House Nabih Berri setting a date to receive him, the MP said "Berri settled a date to meet Feltman for political communication and this shows that Hezbollah if forced to make concession in light of the situation in the region".

The MP pointed out that Prime Minister Najib Mikati's confirmation on Wednesday that there is no disagreement between him and Hezbollah, proves that Hezbollah agreed previously on STL funding because Syria wanted this.
