UNHCR: Number of Syrian refugees in Lebanon on constant increase
The United Nations High Relief Commission declared in its weekly report, that at least 46,000 syrian refugees were registered over the past month, bringing the total number of Syrian refugees in Lebanon who receive the commission’s aid to 942,667 refugees.

The Syrian refugees are distributed across the Lebanese regions as follows:

North Lebanon: 252,571 registered refugees, 7,633 awaiting registration.

Beirut and Mount Lebanon: 225,248 registered refugees, 20,949 awaiting registration.

Bekaa: 304,055 registered refugees, 16,608 awaiting registration.

South Lebanon: 113,773 registered refugees, 1,830 awaiting registration.
