President Sleiman meets with ABL delegation over Pay Scale issue

President Michel Sleiman received on Saturday at the Baabda Presidential Palace, a delegation from the Association of Banks in Lebanon headed by Francois Bassil, who briefed the president on the stance of the association regarding the series of ranks and salaries.

In this regard, Bassil handed over to the president a memorandum including the risks imposed by the pay scale draft law on the situation of the economy and the monetary sectors in general, and on the situation of the credits.
