Lebanese army seizes arms, arrests two suspects in Bekaa

The state-run National News Agency reported on Wednesday that the army intelligence arrested two suspects after seizing weapons found inside their vehicle in the eastern Bekaa valley.

The agency identified the suspects as Hussein al-Hujairi and Hilal Amoun who were arrested at a checkpoint in the town of Hrabta.

The army found arms, ammunition and rockets in the Volvo that the suspects were riding.

No further details were provided.
