[PHOTOS] Medjugorje Virgin Mary statue en-route to Beirut “intentionally vandalized” in Turkey
Father Marwan Khoury published on Friday on his Facebook page photos depicting a Virgin Mary statue, stating that it was “intentionally” vandalized with a sharp instrument.”

Father Khoury added that he bought the statue from Medjugorje, noting that he asked that it be shipped from Sarajevo International Airport to Beirut.

Father Marwan Khoury concluded by saying that several Christian statues arriving to Beirut International Airport via Istanbul meet the same fate.
