“We Want Accountability” activists dump garbage outside Sukleen Company

“We Want Accountability” activists staged a protest Sunday under the pedestrian bridge in the region of Dora, after 50-year-old citizen Chawky al-Najjar was killed on Saturday when hit by a vehicle on the highway.

The victim decided to crossed the highway since access to the bridge was blocked by piles of garbage.

Meanwhile, a number of activists worked on removing the garbage stacked near the bridge to facilitate the access of the citizens, and dumped them outside Sukleen Company.

Accordingly, the security forces confiscated the truck and arrested its driver.
