El Hajj Hassan: Lebanon needs to immediately exploit its resources

Minister of Agriculture Dr. Hussein El Hajj Hassan said that those who rejected the latest national positions of Maronite Patriarch Beshara Rai want everyone to serve their projects, affiliations and alliances. “I call all parties to serve Lebanon, national unity, civil peace and stability, instead of serving the Western and American project.

“I call on the Lebanese government to make more achievements, mainly in the fields of water, oil and gas”, El Hajj Hassan said during a ceremony held in the town of Chemstar to honor students who successfully passed their exams at al-Mehdi schools.

“Lebanon needs to exploit its resources as soon as possible, especially in light of the financial distress, the budget deficit, the public debt and the water shortage caused by desertification and climate change”, El Hajj Hassan said.
