Soldier's body pulled out from Lake Qaraoun

At approximately 10 am Monday morning, the body of a Lebanese Armed Forces soldier identified as Wassim Amer was pulled out of Lake Qaroun after an extensive search conducted by LAF and ISF divers.

Investigations to reveal the circumstances behind the incident are underway.

No further details were provided.
