Lebanon power plants out of service, except al-Zahrani plant

All power plants in Lebanon are shut, with the exception of the al-Zahrani plant, which is still operating but at a reduced capacity, and is also on the verge of shutting down owing to a three-day delay in the arrival of a ship carrying gas oil
