French Foreign Ministry: France is participating in US mediation to reach agreement on maritime border demarcation

The French Foreign Ministry confirmed on Saturday that France is actively participating in the US mediation aimed at reaching an agreement on the maritime border demarcation between Lebanon and Israel.

The Ministry indicated that the agreement would benefit both countries and their peoples, and would contribute to the stability and prosperity of the region.

The French Foreign Ministry also called on all actors to do their part.
