LBCI sources: Judge Halawi says Helena Iskandar lacks legal standing in Salameh's case

LBCI sources confirmed that Bilal Halawi, the first investigative judge in Beirut, considered Helena Iskandar, the head of the Cases Authority, to lack the legal standing to participate in the Financial Public Prosecutor's case against Riad Salameh, the former Central Bank Governor.

According to Halawi, Iskandar does not have authorization from the relevant minister to join the case.
