Hezbollah reports striking Carmel base south of Haifa with Fadi 1 rockets

The Israeli Rambam hospital reported that it received six people injured due to a rocket striking a building in Haifa.

The Israeli military confirmed that 15 rockets were fired from Lebanon towards the Upper Galilee, with some intercepted by defense systems, though several managed to hit their targets.

However, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for launching a salvo of rockets at Israeli forces gathering in the Kfar Giladi settlement and the al-Baghdadi site.

Hezbollah also reported striking the Carmel base south of Haifa with Fadi 1 rockets.

Moreover, the group said it targeted the Nimra base, a main base in the north, west of Tiberias with a barrage of rockets.

The Israeli Public Broadcasting Authority stated that two people were moderately or seriously injured in Tiberias as a result of rockets being fired towards the city.

The Israeli ambulance further reported that ten people were injured due to rockets fired from Lebanon on Haifa and Tiberias, including severe injuries.

The Israeli Channel 12 reported that schools in Haifa have suspended in-person classes, shifting to remote learning after rockets from Lebanon struck the city.
