US evacuates over 1,000 citizens from Lebanon via Turkey

U.S. Consul General in Istanbul, Julie Eadeh, stated on Thursday that over 1,000 Americans and their family members fled war-torn Lebanon on U.S.-chartered flights last week and arrived in Turkey for temporary accommodation.
