Medical source says six killed in Israeli strikes on Beirut: AFP

A Lebanese medical source told AFP that six people had been killed in Israeli strikes on the central area of Beirut on Thursday.

"We have pulled six bodies from the rubble of the targeted sites in a preliminary toll," said the medical source who requested anonymity to discuss sensitive matters, adding that the toll was likely to rise as rescue operations were ongoing.
