Israel's Adraee issues evacuation order to residents of South Lebanon villages

Israel's army spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, issued an urgent evacuation order to residents in several South Lebanon villages, including Tayr Harfa, Jebbayn, El Qasr el Ahmar, Jbal El Botm, Zibqin, Chihine, Houmayri, Kharayeb, Ansar, Al-Matariyyah, Aadloun, Majdal Zoun, Chamaa, Abou Chach, Naqoura, and Aalma El Chaeb.  

The Israeli army claimed that "heightened Hezbollah activity in these areas has necessitated an intensified military response" and advised residents to prioritize their safety by evacuating immediately. 

Adraee claimed, "We do not intend to harm you, but for your own safety, you should leave your homes without delay and move north of the Awali River."

Additionally, the Israeli army alleged that civilians must avoid approaching Hezbollah members, facilities, or weaponry to minimize risk to their lives and advised against any movement further south. 

The statement concluded that residents would be informed when conditions are safe for their return.
