Israel's Adraee issues urgent evacuation notice to South Lebanon residents

Israel's army spokesperson Avichay Adraee released an urgent evacuation order to residents of several South Lebanon villages, including Chaqra, Houla, Majdal Selm, Tallouseh, Meiss El Jabal, Souaneh, Qabrikha, Yahmour, Arnoun, Blida, Mhaibib, Baraachit, Froun, and Ghandouriyeh.

He claimed that "ongoing Hezbollah activities in these areas are compelling the Israeli army to operate with force against the group."

Although Israel alleges that it does not intend to harm civilians, residents are urged to leave their homes immediately and move northward, past the Awali River, for their safety.

The army cautioned that any presence near Hezbollah members, facilities, or weapons may endanger lives.

Residents were also instructed not to head south.

"Israel will inform residents when it is safe to return to their homes once conditions permit," Adraee claimed.
