Israeli Chief of Staff says military forces in South Lebanon to ensure safe return of northern residents

Israeli Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi stated on Wednesday that the Israeli military forces are positioned in southern Lebanon ''with the primary objective of ensuring the safe return of residents from northern Israel to their homes.''
