Israel army claims targeting Hezbollah weapons depots in Bint Jbeil, South Lebanon

Avichay Adraee, the Israeli military spokesperson, claimed in a post on X that Israeli warplanes conducted airstrikes on Hezbollah weapons depots in Bint Jbeil, southern Lebanon, targeting facilities used by the group's 'Nasr Unit.'

Adraee stated, "Israeli Air Force jets, directed by the Northern Command, struck Hezbollah's weapons warehouses, anti-tank missile depots, and air defense equipment storage facilities in the Bint Jbeil area."

He added that ''weapons depots belonging to the Nasr Unit," which he described as responsible for plots against northern Israeli towns and Israeli army forces, "were also targeted.''

The spokesperson further stated that ''since this morning, Israeli Air Force jets have struck approximately 30 Hezbollah-related sites in southern Lebanon.''

He continued, ''Among these were rocket-launch platforms used in an attack on western Galilee yesterday, as well as weapons depots, military buildings, and other missile platforms.''
