Israeli military: Airstrike targets Hezbollah members in South Lebanon

The Israeli army spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, announced Thursday that an Israeli Air Force aircraft conducted a strike against individuals 'affiliated with Hezbollah' in South Lebanon.

According to Adraee, the targeted operatives were engaged in activities deemed a 'threat' to Israeli citizens and violated the ceasefire agreements between Israel and Lebanon.

In his statement, Adraee emphasized that the Israeli military remains committed to the understandings reached regarding the cessation of hostilities in Lebanon. He added that the Israeli army continues to operate in southern Lebanon to address any threats to Israel and its citizens.
