Lebanese Army Commander visits Saudi Arabia to discuss military cooperation

Lebanese Army Commander General Joseph Aoun departed for Saudi Arabia at the invitation of his Saudi counterpart, Chairman of the General Staff, General Fayyadh Al-Ruwaili.

Discussions will focus on cooperation between the two countries' armies and ways to support the Lebanese military, particularly in light of the current challenges it faces in carrying out its duties to maintain Lebanon's security and stability.
