Opposition MPs unite behind Joseph Aoun for presidency

During a meeting in Maarab, opposition MPs announced their decision to back Army Commander Joseph Aoun for Lebanon's presidency.

They concluded that he is the candidate with the "broadest consensus," positioning him as a unifying figure amid the country's political deadlock.
