Lebanon declares February 14 a public holiday to mark Rafic Hariri's assassination anniversary

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued a memorandum ordering the closure of public administrations, institutions, municipalities, and public and private educational institutions on February 14.

The decision comes in observance of the 20th anniversary of the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri and his companion
