Israel says it struck alleged Hezbollah sites in Lebanon, citing 'ceasefire violation'

Early Friday, Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee said the air force carried out a "precise" strike on two military sites in Lebanon that allegedly contained "Hezbollah weaponry" and "violated the ceasefire agreement."

In a post on X, Adraee stated that the Israeli army "continues to work to eliminate any threat to Israel and will prevent any attempt by Hezbollah to reposition or rearm, in accordance with the ceasefire agreement."
