Israeli warplanes target Litani River area, alleged Hezbollah positions

Late on Thursday, Israeli warplanes targeted the Litani River area between Yohmor al-Shaqif, Deir Seryan, and Zawtar el-Charqiyeh, along with airstrikes on Zibqin and Yater in southern Lebanon.

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee later confirmed the strikes, stating they were guided by intelligence from the military intelligence directorate and Northern Command.

He said the attacks targeted alleged Hezbollah military sites containing weaponry and rocket launchers "that posed a direct threat to Israel’s home front."
