Lebanese army clears dirt barriers between Bani Haiyyan and Markaba as residents await entry

The Lebanese army has removed the dirt barriers separating Bani Haiyyan and Markaba, clearing the way for residents to return.

At the town’s entrance, Markaba’s mayor led a group of residents waiting to re-enter their hometown.
