Israel strikes transport routes on Syrian-Lebanese border, claims Hezbollah smuggling attempt

Early on Friday, Israel's army spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, said that the military "carried out airstrikes overnight targeting transport routes on the Syrian-Lebanese border."

He claimed that the targeted routes were "used by Hezbollah in an attempt to transfer weaponry into Lebanon."

"These attempts constitute a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon," Adraee alleged on X.
