Israeli army claims striking Hezbollah positions in South Lebanon, targets rocket launchers

The Israeli army carried out strikes on a military site in Lebanon that contained rocket launchers and weapons, after monitoring Hezbollah activities in the area.

According to the Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee, "The Israeli army recently targeted a military site in Lebanon containing rocket launchers and combat equipment, where Hezbollah activities were observed."

He also stated, "Several Hezbollah rocket launchers in southern Lebanon, which posed a threat to Israeli citizens, were attacked."

Adraee emphasized that "These activities carried out by Hezbollah are considered a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon and pose a threat to Israel and its citizens."

He added, "The Israeli army will continue to act to eliminate any threat to the State of Israel."
