Iran's FM says ready to begin nuclear talks "if other parties are willing"

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Monday that Iran is ready to begin nuclear negotiations on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York if "other parties are willing."

This was stated in a video posted by Araghchi on his Telegram channel.
