Blinken tells Israel escalation will complicate civilian return

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken informed Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer that further escalation of the conflict in Lebanon would only increase the difficulty of civilians returning to their homes on both sides of the border, according to a statement from the State Department about their meeting.
