Israel says Yahya Sinwar's body brought to Tel Aviv facility for 'further examination'

Israeli police on Thursday said the body of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar had been brought for "further examination" at a forensic facility in Tel Aviv, following the announcement of his death in Gaza.

"The body of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar arrived a short while ago at the National Center of Forensic Medicine for further examination," the police said in a statement.
