Israel is monitoring Syria to prevent Iranian weapon transfers to Hezbollah: Avichay Adraee

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee stated that Israel is closely monitoring developments in Syria to "prevent Iran from exploiting the situation to transfer weapons to Hezbollah in Lebanon via Syrian territory."

"We must ensure that Hezbollah, which suffered a defeat in the recent war, does not smuggle weapons into Lebanon through Syria," he remarked.

لقد مني حزب الله بهزيمة في المعركة الأخيرة ويجب ان نضمن عدم تهريبه أسلحة إلى لبنان عبر الأراضي السورية.
