Syrian Minister of Communications says communications are functioning normally; internet has returned to Hama

On Sunday, the Syrian Minister of Communications told Al Arabiya that communication services function normally across the country, and the internet has been restored in Hama.

He added that he had contacted Abu Mohammad al-Julani, the leader of the Syrian opposition, shortly after the Syrian Prime Minister's statement that he had spoken with al-Julani.
