Former Syrian PM confirms agreement to hand over power to rebels

Former Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Ghazi al-Jalali told Al Arabiya TV on Monday he had agreed to hand over power to the opposition "Salvation Government," following the collapse of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
