Iran condemns 'brutal' US strikes on Yemen

Iran's foreign ministry on Sunday condemned deadly U.S. strikes against Yemen's Tehran-backed Houthi rebels, saying they violated international law.

Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei "strongly condemned the brutal air strikes by the U.S." in a statement, denouncing them as a "gross violation of the principles of the U.N. Charter."
