REPORT: Snack stands to be replaced with new kiosks in the northern city of Tripoli
Minister of Justice Achraf Rifi said on Sunday that the coffee and snack stands that were removed earlier this month will be replaced by new kiosks that could be rented out by the vendors.

A decision issued by North Lebanon’s Governor Ramzi Nohra to remove all the vendors from the northern city of Tripoli’s Mina coast area two weeks ago stirred anger from the vendors, who complained that the work was their only form of income.
