Distribution of votes in 4th presidential election session-[REPORT]

The first round of the 4th presidential election session ended with MP Michel Moawad receiving 39 votes, 50 MPs voted with a blank ballot, 10 MPs elected Issam Khalifeh. Meanwhile, 13 MPs voted for “The New Lebanon.” One of the MPs voted “For Lebanon,” and another MP wrote condolences over the situation on his ballot.

Quorum was later lost and Speaker Nabih Berri declared that the next session would take place on Thursday.
