REPORT: Are the Lebanese hostages in Nigeria still alive?

Nigeria’s Foreign Minister voiced his optimism in regards to the Arab detainees held in Nigeria, noting that they may be alive, calling on all parties to grant the Nigerian security forces some time in order to exert all the needed efforts and to find a solution to the hostage crisis.       

This report will examine the case of the two Lebanese nationals, Carlos Abou Aziz and Imad al-Andari who were kidnapped in Nigeria among seven others working for the Lebanese construction company Setraco.
