Blinken: US does not encourage Ukraine to launch attacks on Russia with American weapons

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday that the United States does not encourage Ukraine to strike targets inside Russia with weapons received from Washington, but believes that this is a decision that Kyiv must make on its own.

Blinken made this comment at a press conference in Kyiv following weeks of repeated missile and drone attacks on various parts of Russia, which Ukraine has not officially confirmed.
