At least 17 injured in Russian shelling in Ukraine's Kharkiv: Governor says

A Russian bombardment of a building in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Wednesday left at least 17 people injured, authorities said, adding more victims were "under the rubble."

"The number of injured has risen to 17 people," local governor Oleg Synegoubov said on Telegram after earlier stating at least three people were "under the rubble," including a woman and a child.
